Tofu

Located in Southeast Portland, Ota Tofu is the oldest tofu factory in the United States. Hand-crafted from traditional Japanese methods, Ota produces their fresh tofu from non-genetically modified soybeans.

Cacao

Hummingbird Wholesale in Eugene, Oregon distributes our organic and fair trade chocolate, sourced from Agostoni's Italian Chocolatiers. Raw cacao bean is fermented, roasted, and ground into a paste to make cocoa liquor, also known as unsweetened chocolate.

Founded to respect the rights of farmers to fair prices and independent livelihoods, Agostoni's Equal Partner Direct Buying program was developed to secure a reliable supply of premium quality cacao beans. Traceability measures confirm that their chocolates do not contain cacao beans from the Ivory Coast.

Sea Salt

Jacobsen's Salt Co. harvests, filters, boils, dries, and sorts their sea salt from the pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast.

Along the rich soils of the Columbia River in Clatskanie, Oregon, third-generation mint farmer, Mike Seely, operates Seely Family Farm. Their mint is sustainably harvested and steam distilled into a full flavor spectrum of premium quality peppermint oil.

Hazelnuts

Ken & June's is a third generation family-owned farm business located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Their roasted hazelnuts supply the delightful nuttiness in our Orange Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse

Coffee

We craft Espresso Chocolate Mousse with direct trade, organic coffee beans, consciously sourced and roasted by our Portland neighbors, Stumptown Coffee.
